A 1986 “Good Morning America” interview with Judge Sonia Sotomayor was found by the folks over at Real Clear Politics.  Her views on gender discrimination come out in this video clip.  From one Latina woman to another, I would say Ms. Sotomayor may need to start wising up soon.   Here is a partial transcript of the interview(courtesy of Real Clear):

“I found in my experiences that it’s not that men are consciously discriminating against promoting women, but I do believe as people we have self-images about what’s good,” Sonia Sotomayor told ABC’s “Good Morning America” in a 1986 interview.

“What’s quote-unquote a ‘good’ lawyer, doctor, or whatever the profession is. And if you’re a male who grew up professionally in a male-dominated profession then your image of what a good lawyer is is a male image.”
