The Washington Times Water Cooler spoke with Ron McDougal, husband of former New York GOP 23rd District candidate Dede Scozzafava at a Bill Owens rally in Watertown, New York. Mr. McDougal answered questions about whether his wife would switch parties and talked about her endorsement of Democrat candidate Bill Owens.  The Water Cooler also asked Mr. McDougal how much union involvement had with his wife’s endorsement of Mr. Owens.
