Video: 9/11 defense attorney will not call '01 attacks 'murder'

Scott Fenstermaker, attorney for a terrorist suspect in the 9/11 trial joined Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly last night.  When O’Reilly asked Fenstermaker if the attacks of September 11th was an act of murder, the defense attorney refused to answer. Check out the video below:
