Obama nominee supported Rangel

Jacob Lew, the Clinton-era budget guru recently tapped by President Obama to head the Office of Management and Budget, gave $1000 in 2007 to besieged New York Democrat Charlie Rangel’s campaign.

Lew is a frequent contributor to several Democratic candidates, but Rangel is the only one with a history of malfeasance; allegations which date back to 2008.

Lew should be asked whether he continues to support Rangel’s questionable behavior.
