PICKET: Senate Majority Leader Reid hospitalized after Nevada car crash...injury does not appear life threatening

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat, was hospitalized after his caravan was involved in a six-car accident in Las Vegas. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal: 

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., was taken to the emergency room at University Medical Center in Las Vegas Friday afternoon following a traffic accident.

Nevada Highway Patrol said his caravan was involved in a six-car accident about 1 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 at Sahara Avenue. Four of the cars were with Reid’s caravan.
There was no immediate word on injuries.

CNN is reporting his injury does not appear to be life threatening.
