The NBA released their All-Star ballots for the 2011-12 season, and four Wizards players appear on the ballot this year. Wizards fans can vote to send John Wall, Nick Young, Andray Blatche and JaVale McGee to this year’s All-Star game.
This year’s NBA All-Star weekend will be held at the Amway Center in Orlando, beginning Friday Feb. 24. The game will be played on Sun., Feb. 26.
Wall made an appearance at last year’s game, participating in both the Skills Challenge and the Rookie-Sophomore game. Wall came in fourth in the Skills Challenge, but won MVP honors in the Rookie-Sophomore game with a 22-assist performance.
McGee was alos a participant in last year’s festivities as one of the players invited to the Slam Dunk contest. McGee put on a great show, but was bested by Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin,who leaped over the hood of a car for the contest winning dunk.
