Youth between first and 12th grades will be asked to help build a memorial to Dr. King on the National Mall by writing a short essay about their dream for a better America, with 50 youths selected during a random drawing flown to DC along with two parents for the memorial's groundbreaking ceremony in the Fall of 2006.
