Gary Hornbaker, who served as the prison’s warden from 2006 until it closed down the next year, shares details about it with open house visitors Sunday. The prison is being deconstructed, and Mr. Hornbaker said reuse of some of the prison’s property at other correctional centers has saved about $140,000 so far.
