Uruguayan Raul Gomez talks with San Juan's state Gov. Jose Gioja (right) as he recovers at a hospital in San Juan, Argentina, on Sept. 8, 2013. Chilean authorities say child sex abuse charges were filed against him in April. (Associated Press)
