In this Jan. 29, 2014 photo, dairy farmer Trevor Gilkerson hands customer, Amanda Owens, a half-gallon of bottled raw milk on his family farm just outside of Brookings, S.D. Trevor partners with his father, Jim, on the Jerseydale farm. On Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, a South Dakota Senate committee in Pierre, S.D., delayed a vote on a bill that would relax regulations on raw milk production and sales. The Health and Human Services Committee voted 5-2 to delay the measure for two weeks to give opposing sides a chance to seek compromise. (AP Photo/Eric Landwehr)
