In this Dec. 7, 2013 photo, Amanda Perdew and Bradley Doubet of Pekin, Ill., hold their son, Tucker Alan Doubet, during an interview. Tucker was born Dec. 13 by cesarean section at Pekin Hospital with no arms or legs.
