Neighbors in Northeast Philadelphia react as police remove the bodies of toddler twins on Thursday May 24, 2012, after they were found dead in their home. Police say the 18-month-old boy and girl appear to have died of suffocation and the mother is in custody. Police say their 41-year-old mother attempted to take her own life by slitting her wrists and they believe she gave some kind of prescription pills to her 4-year-old daughter.
