The new planned community of Lorton Station features homes within walking distance of the Lorton Virginia Railway Express station, a 100-acre park, a Town Center, a clubhouse with an outdoor pool, tennis courts and nature walks. Ryan Homes is building 88 single-family homes in this Fairfax County community.
Each home will feature vinyl siding, brick stoops and entrance walks to the home, antique brass light fixtures, upgraded landscaping and a two-car garage.
Each of the three models features three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a hardwood foyer, a gas fireplace, a luxury master bath and interior columns.
The homes range in size from 1,700 to 2,350 finished square feet, with base prices from $264,990 to $296,990.
The Octavia model, with 1,700 square feet, is priced from $264,990. This home features a large great room and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a laundry room and two full baths.
