Buyers at Hilltop Manor in Landover have a variety of single-family home styles from which to choose, including ramblers, two-story Colonials and split levels. DePolo and Kull is building 61 homes in this Prince George's County community.

Each home will be built on a quarter-acre home site surrounded by woods and will have maintenance-free vinyl siding, raised-panel garage doors and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all six models include three or four bedrooms, 1 to 2 1/2 baths, gas heat and hot water, a home sprinkler system, oak cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms, wall-to-wall carpeting, a roughed-in bathroom in the basement, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The homes range in size from 1,140 to 1,944 finished square feet, with base prices from $168,990 to $201,990.

The Hemlock model, a two-story Colonial with 1,800 finished square feet, is base-priced from $186,990 to $201,990. This home, available with a one- or two-car garage, features a foyer entrance with an angled staircase on one side, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a family room open to the breakfast room and kitchen, a powder room and a laundry room/mudroom off the garage. The lower level can be completed with a recreation room and den.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a private bath, with an optional luxury bath. Two more bedrooms share a hall bath, and an alternate floor plan includes a fourth bedroom above the garage. Buyers can choose a two-story foyer or a one-story foyer with an additional walk-in closet for the master suite.

Options include a kitchen island, a deluxe master bath, bay windows, a finished basement, fireplaces, chair-rail and crown moldings, additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a security system and other upgrades.
