Brookfield Homes is building traditional single-family homes from two collections 84 from the Heritage Collection and 127 from the Aurora Collection at the Lakes at Red Rock in Leesburg. Residents can enjoy swimming, tennis, walking trails and a lake with a covered bridge.
Each home in this Loudoun County com-munity will have a brick front, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Stone fronts are optional.
Inside, all 13 models include three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a gas fireplace in the family room, a hardwood foyer, a luxury master bath, and gas heat and hot water.
The Heritage Collection homes, ranging in size from 2,200 to 2,850 square feet, are base-priced from $250,990 to $278,990. The Aurora Collection homes, ranging in size from 3,000 to 3,800 square feet, are base-priced from $366,990 to $424,990.
The Meridia model, part of the Aurora Collection, has 3,500 square feet and is priced from $398,990. This home features a side-loading garage and a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living and dining rooms. A butler's pantry links the dining room with the center-island kitchen and breakfast room. The two-story family room is near a home office and first-floor laundry.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private bath. The Meridia also can feature a first-floor master suite and a bonus room on the upper level.
Options available include finished lower levels, finished attics, gourmet kitchens, room extensions, bay windows, built-in bookshelves and tray ceilings.
