The planned community of Broadlands near Ashburn features acres of open spaces, an outdoor amphitheater for summer concerts, tennis courts, swimming pools, jogging trails, picnic areas, new schools and a variety of homes to fit every lifestyle. The Pinehurst model, with 2,135 square feet, is priced from $217,950. This home features a two-car garage and a recreation room on the lower level, with an optional full bath and fireplace. The main level includes the foyer entrance with two steps to the living room, which is open to the dining room. At the rear is a family room with a fireplace and an open kitchen and breakfast room. Upstairs, the master suite has double doors, a walk-in closet, and a private luxury bath with a double vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bath.

Options available include vaulted or tray ceilings in the bedrooms, an extra powder room, a gourmet kitchen, ceramic tile bathroom flooring and more.
