Washington Homes is building an enclave of 13 estate homes on lots of 1.5 to 3 acres at Brookeview Estates in Brookeville, a quiet area of Montgomery County.

Upstairs, the master suite includes a large sitting area, a large bedroom, a walk-in closet, a second closet or media center and a large bath with a corner soaking tub. The second bedroom uses a hall bath, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a large connecting bath with a double vanity.
