Oak Ridge Builders is constructing 22 traditional two-story single-family homes at Meadow Branch South in Winchester near the 180-acre Jim Barnett Park, which offers a full range of recreational amenities.

Each home in this Frederick County community features low-maintenance vinyl siding with a brick front foundation, a flagstone walkway, a post lamp, professional land-scaping, including a sodded lawn, and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, a gas fireplace with a marble surround in the family room, six-panel doors with brass hardware, 42-inch raised-oak kitchen cabinets, a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes range in size from 2,110 to 2,675 finished square feet, with base prices from $239,400 to $246,400,

The Radcliff model, with 2,412 square feet, is priced from $244,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room, a formal dining room, and a family room, center-island kitchen and sunroom in the rear of the home. A study is optional.

Upstairs, the master site includes a walk-in closet and a double vanity in the luxury bath, Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath, and a laundry room is on this level.

The Easton model, priced from $246,400, has 2,435 square feet, which can be expanded to 2,675 square feet with a sun room and third bedroom upstairs. This home has a first-floor master suite and a sunken family room in addition to a formal dining room.

Options include a finished basement, a study and a sun room.
