Centex Homes is building 32 single-family homes at Fair Lakes Crossing II in Centreville, where each home will have three finished levels on a 9,000-square-foot lot.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, six-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three or four bedrooms, 3½ baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, a kitchen with 42-inch cabinets and a pantry, a master suite with a sitting room and master bath with a tub and separate shower, ceramic tile flooring and tub-and-shower surrounds, a high-tech wiring package, gas heat and hot water, and hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room, kitchen and sunroom.

The breakfast area is adjacent to a second staircase and the center-island kitchen, which includes a butler's pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a step-up bedroom with an optional tray ceiling, a separate sitting room, three walk-in closets and a bath with a large tub, a separate shower and a two-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.
