Lee’s Hill Construction is building 179 town homes and a total of approximately 1,400 homes at Fairfield at Salem Fields in Fredericksburg, where residents can enjoy swimming, tennis, a community center, nature trails, basketball courts and a community center.

Each town house in this Spotsylvania County community will include a maintenance-free exterior, raised-panel shutters, privacy fencing, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, each home will feature three finished levels with a walk-out lower level; three bedrooms; two full baths and two half baths; oak cabinets, a built-in microwave and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; and gas heat.

The homes have approximately 1,500 to 2,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $166,900 to $169,900.

The town houses at Fairfield feature a one-car garage, a powder room and a finished family room with an optional fireplace on the entry level. The laundry room and a storage room are adjacent to the family room.

Two alternate floor plans are available on the main level, each with an open living room and dining room, a powder room and choice of a front or rear kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a shower. Two more bedrooms and another full bath with a linen closet and a combination tub and shower complete this level.

The Fairfield model can be expanded with a sunroom off the kitchen or living room on the main level, which adds a lower-level sunroom and a master bath upgrade upstairs with a tub and separate shower.

An optional morning room addition also is available, which expands the main level with another room off the living room or kitchen, adds another room to the lower level, and adds a sitting area in the master suite.
