Oak Ridge Builders is building 110 traditional town homes at River Oaks in Woodbridge, where residents can gather in the community center, which has a party room and kitchen, or by the swimming pool, tennis courts, multipurpose courts and tot lots.

Each home in this Prince William County community will be 20 or 22 feet wide and include 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding and professional landscaping. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; 2½ baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch oak cabinets and gas cooking in the kitchen; a double-sink vanity in the master bath; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; a finished recreation room; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have approximately 2,040 to 2,200 finished square feet and base prices from $192,900 to $212,900.

The Lexington model, always an interior unit with 2,040 square feet, is priced from $192,900. This home features an open living and dining room on the main level, a powder room, and a family room that is open to the kitchen. A sunroom can be added off the family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level. An optional floor plan adds a bath with a tub and separate shower to the master suite. If the sunroom option is chosen, the master bath and closet become larger.

The lower level has a finished recreation room and an optional den and full bath.

Options include a two- or three-level sunroom addition, a master bath upgrade, a den and full bath in the lower level, bay windows and fenced rear yards.
