Centex Homes is building 82 single-family homes at Stone Ridge in Aldie, where residents can enjoy a recreation center, a swimming pool, parks and walking trails.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, maintenance-free 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a fully sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms; two or 3 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; a volume ceiling in the foyer; crown and chair-rail moldings; a fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel cabinets and appliances in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,718 to 4,109 finished square feet, with base prices from $418,990 to $496,990.

The Spencer model, with 3,081 square feet, is priced from $426,990. This home features decorative columns in the foyer, which define the dining room and the living room, a family room with two walls of windows, and a corner library off the kitchen. The center-island kitchen includes a breakfast area with a wall of windows, a walk-in pantry, a butler’s pantry and an adjacent laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room, a window seat or optional juice bar in the dressing room, two walk-in closets and a bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Three more bedrooms, two more baths and a walk-in linen closet complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, conservatories, room extensions, a bonus room over the garage, extra bedrooms, master-suite sitting rooms and box ceilings.
