Lennar is building 36 duplex-style homes at Ridgeville Heights in Mount Airy, close to golf courses, several malls, antiques shops, ball fields, skate parks, tennis courts and the Health Unlimited Family Fitness and Aquatic Center.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a brick-and-siding facade with a covered porch, six-inch beaded vinyl siding, sodded and seeded lawns and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, high ceilings on the main and lower levels, a cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths, 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,800 to 3,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $414,990 to $464,990.

The Breton II model, with 3,100 square feet, is priced from $464,990. This home features a front porch leading into the foyer, a step-up into the formal dining room, decorative columns and a formal living room. At the rear of the home are a sunroom with windows on three sides; a family room with walls of windows; and a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and a bay-windowed breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with three walls of windows, two walk-in closets, and a bath with a corner tub and a separate shower.

Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, a hall bath and a laundry room, complete this level.

The lower level includes a finished recreation room.
