208 condos in Annapolis

R.R. Parks Construction Co. is building 208 condominiums at Park Place in Annapolis, a retail and office complex, where residents can enjoy concierge service, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a location within walking distance of historic Annapolis.

The seven-story building in this Anne Arundel County community will include brick detailing, a landscaped entry courtyard, balconies and secured underground parking. Some homes will have terraces.

Inside, 24 different floor plans are available with one, two or three bedrooms; one, two or 21/2 baths; crown moldings; a fireplace; wood cabinets, granite counters and GE Profile appliances in the kitchen, which is open to the living areas; Kohler bathroom fixtures; and a full-size stacked washer and dryer.

The homes have about 982 to 1,756 finished square feet, with base prices from $525,000 to $669,000 for the one-bedroom homes, $599,000 to $1,200,000 for the two-bedroom homes, and $845,000 to $1,250,000 for the three-bedroom homes.

Condominium fees have not beendetermined.

A sample two-bedroom home, 2G, includes a foyer leading into the dining area, an open center-island kitchen, and a living room with a wall of windows and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bath.

A sample three-bedroom home, 3C, has a powder room off the foyer, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living area with a fireplace and two sets of windows, and a dining area with a wall of windows. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, a second closet and two linen closets, and a bath.
