Now that the most controversial elements of Arizona’s immigration law (which still goes into effect Thursday) have been blocked by a state judge, will the controversy quiet down?

A brief in the Washington Weekend magazine Thursday gave an incorrect date for the Chinese New Year Parade. The parade will kick off at H Street NW between Fifth and Ninth streets at 2 p.m. tomorrow.
