Winchester Homes Inc. is building 29 single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre homesites at Auburn Village in Sandy Spring, where residents can enjoy walking trails, play areas, and nearby shopping and entertainment.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick, brick-and-siding or stone-and-siding facade; professional landscaping; and a two-car garage.

The kitchen includes a center island with a breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast area with a bay window.
