Ryland Homes is building 260 town-home-style condominiums at Watkin’s Place in Largo, close to the Addison Road Metro station. This wooded community includes a picnic area, a tot lot and a park.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding, a brass entrance light and a one-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature two or three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; a gas fireplace; high-tech wiring; oak cabinets, a self-cleaning electric range and a double-bowl stainless steel sink in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat.

The homes have 1,184 to 1,924 finished square feet, with base prices from $335,990 to $415,990. Homeowner association and condominium fees combined are $160 per month.

The Arlington model, with 1,924 square feet, is priced from $415,990. This home features a foyer on the entry level with stairs down to the garage and stairs to the main level.

The first floor has a living room with a wall of windows, a separate dining room, a powder room, a linen closet and a family room with a wall of windows. The family room is open to the kitchen, which has space for casual dining. The kitchen includes a pantry and a sliding glass door to the deck, which has additional storage.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a dual-sink vanity.

Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
