WCI Renaissance Communities is building 36 luxury town homes at Occoquan Reach.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include Hardiplank siding with shingle and stone exteriors, a brick-paved front walk, professional landscaping, brick-edged driveway and a two-car rear-entry garage. The development is near Historic Old Town Occoquan and the Occoquan Harbor Marina.
