NVHomes is building 97 town homes with three finished levels at Cameron Station in the city of Alexandria, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, fitness center and on-site parks.

Each home in this community will include a brick-and-stone front, fiber-cement siding, brick paver walkways, professional landscaping, a two-car garage and a deck with wrought-iron railings.

Inside, all three models feature three bedrooms; at least 2 baths; hardwood flooring on the main level; large-format ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the lower and main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters and upgraded appliances in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

Homeowner association fees are $92 per month.

The Braddock model, with 1,900 square feet, is priced from the upper $600,000s. This home features a lower-level foyer entrance with a den and access to the garage.

The main level features a front center-island kitchen and breakfast area, a powder room, and an open dining room and living room with a sliding glass door to a balcony.

The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a second closet, plus abath. The laundry room is on this level.
