Patrick McNeill, the Caps fourth-round pick in the 2005 draft, has been selected to play in the Ontario Hockey League All-Star Game on Jan. 31. McNeill, a 6-foot-1, 198-pound defenseman, has 16 goals and 24 assists in 39 games for Saginaw.
