2. Why he shouldn’t be: Bonds may not have been convicted in a court of law regarding steroid use, but public opinion and published reports have branded him. No one knows for sure, but if the league had cooperated more with George Mitchell’s investigation, fans might not be in this predicament.

Best Choice: It would be neither productive nor democratic for Major League Baseball to prevent him from playing. And because the All-Star Game is in San Francisco, it obviously wouldn’t go over well there.
