SEEN AND HEARD AT RFK STADIUM

Ray King isn’t self-conscious. He knows he’s a tad on the portly side, and that’s often a source of verbal abuse from opposing fans when he’s on the road. So last year, after some fans in San Francisco peppered the left-hander with chants of “Burger King! Burger King!” King decided to embrace the whole thing. He got in touch with a T-shirt maker he knows in St. Louis and had him print up a special order. It’s a white shirt with a familiar corporate logo on the front, just with a slight twist: “Ray King — Have it Your Way.” Before last night’s game, he wandered around the Nationals clubhouse wearing the T-shirt with pride.
