Somerset Homes is building a total of 115 one- and three-level condominium homes at Edelen Station in La Plata, a development with a clubhouse including a swimming pool, a community room, a fitness center, a multipurpose room and a catering kitchen.

This Charles County condominium has brick veneer, Hardiplank siding and storage units. The homes have either assigned parking or a one- or two-car garage.

The seven one-level models feature one to three bedrooms and one or two full baths.

The two three-level models have three bedrooms and two or three baths; and ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the first two levels; and crown moldings.

The homes have 1,178 to 2,343 finished square feet, with base prices from $307,900 to $467,900. Monthly condominium association fees range from $80 to $221.

The Thomas model, with 1,518 square feet, is priced from $307,900. This home features a library off the foyer, a center- island kitchen with a breakfast bar, an open living and dining room with windows on two sides and a balcony.

The master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a private bath. The second bedroom has an adjacent second full bath.

The Sarah model, with 1,944 square feet, is priced from $389,900. This home has a family room and full bath on the lower level with a garage. The second level has a living room, powder room and a kitchen and dining room. The third level has a master suite with a walk-in closet and private full bath, two more bedrooms, another full bath and a laundry room.
