"United Nations authority for the U.S. presence"
Someone needs to remind the UN, and the rest of the world (especially the democrats), that we don't need the UN's authority to deploy troops anywhere in the world. All we need is Congress's approval, and that was granted in 2003, so the UN can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.
