Obama will unilaterally disarm the US and thus create WWIII, the entire left has been pushing for total US disarmament for as long as I have been alive. Thank God they never achieved their goal.
Loose nuclear weapons? What the h*ll is he talking about! The US senate has no control of other countries nuclear weapons and I am fairly certain that The US has no "loose" nuclear weapons.
