Get someone in there to heal and not experiment is the idea that should be taken serious. Inspecter general needs to do his job without any distractions for the health of the vets. And not for the drug companies that are selling the drugs for testing. And no consent is out of the question. They need to get rid of these idiots and put someone in there that cares.
