"Every successful relationship has a secret." I suppose "Glamour" did not mean that every successful relationship has a secret "recipe" or "formula" which is unique to it and which therefore cannot be duplicated by others. But I can think of that being true in several instances.
A secret in the other sense, once it comes to light, can damage a relationship fatally.
