Wait a MINUTE: why isn't the focus on
CASA the group who took the time to post a web site; and create a MANUAL:
"How Not to Cooperate With Law Enforcement!"
These people are aiding and abetting ILLEGALS: illegals whom have violated our USA and States laws.
These non profits like CASA and the Catholic Church shelter CRIMINALS fugitives contradicting historical sanctuaries.
So why isn't their group being investigated?
Then we have HERE and SERVE(may not be exact letters) both are international communist organizations or fronts for ILLEGALS to get jobs in the USA.
Where is the laws that state: we the people are foder chatel nothing more and we have no right to protect ourselves but illegals and their NON PROFITs aka religious and other orgaization for Latin Americans, etc. can violate and do openly violate our laws.
War has been declared upon we the people: how much longer can USA sovereignty survive with double standards while criminals and their seditionists organization do not pay taxes while we have OPEN BORDERS invaders at free will and not ours?
Is this why America's sons are being and have been systematically sacrificed on foreign soil each generation?
BLOOD upon us--
Thanks for the historical perspective. I also didnt know so much money was at stake in this. Why were they doing the spying in the first place? What were they even worried about?
MSP's program sounds like good police-work to me. O'Malley is a flaming liberal, just discount anything he says.
During the Vietnam war NV & VC spies infiltrated the anti-war movement in a massive way, along with Soviets of course. I have no problem investigating the current anti-war crowd for ties to radical islamic murderers, Communist China, and other anti-US groups.
The People's Republic of Maryland needs to be brought back into the US, and divested of corrupt Democrat (socialist) representatives.
More Gustapo stuff here folks. Maybe you should just change everything in the naxt election. Looks like the Despots are in full control. Throw them all out and start over.
This is not the only time State Police tracked private citizens. They always took pictures and established a data base whenever there is a peaceful gathering at the state capitol. They do this as a matter of policy. When citizens were protesting changes in gun laws they did precisely the same things. They need to lose the moneys otherwise the is no reason to cease and desist these unlawful activities.
They deserve to lose more than this 4.5 million dollars.
"It doesn't appear that anything illegal was done," said Raquel Guillory, a spokeswoman for Maryland Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler, whose office is participating in a probe ordered by Gov. Martin O'Malley. "We'll find out 100 percent for sure" after the investigation is complete, she said.
Translation:
“We do not yet know if what the State Police did was legal, and they certainly did not know at the time that it was legal. So, they just went ahead and did what they wanted anyway, willfully choosing to not determine the legality of said actions before doing them. That way, they were able to do and get what they wanted, while some other governmental agency spent time and more of the taxpayers' hard-earned money investigating them. It is quite possible that we will find that the State Police did violate the law, but we also know that the individuals who made the decision to [possibly] break the law have no personal accountability in the matter. The potential outcomes of this investigation really do not bother us. It is possible that more laws will be passed to reign in “out of control” government agencies, or that Maryland may lose some federal money. Realistically, though, the agencies will not try to comply with those new laws either, and Maryland can always make up for the temporary loss of federal funds by raising its own taxes!”
