U.S. to deliver 'humanitarian aid' to Georgia

Putin has evaluated the risk or he wouldn't have left the Olympics. His movements are calculated and deliberate. He knows the threats the U.S. is guarding against, he knows we are in a state of transition, he knows the weakness of congressional leadership and their anti-Bush stance on everything and he knows the next election is split 50/50, the highest amount of uncertainty. He has caught the U.S. decision process at its most vulnerable and will exploit it to the maximum extent possible. The disintegration of NATO is becoming a reality through energy as a weapon intimidation.
