Humanitarian supplies reaching Georgian capital

Now that the U.S. has a presence in Georgia, although a small one, we should capitalize on it and consolidate a security zone to ensure the Russians do not advance on the capital. Throw in a couple of engineer battalions and security forces while we're at it. The Russians won't start WWIII and we will at least have saved face for not letting our allies in Georgia become slaves of the Russian bear. A solid landing force South of their area of control on the black sea should also be landed, of course in the name of huminaitarian aid.
