Its about time, 1 out of 2 cars are people on the phone, turning corners, crossing lanes without looking, texting, not paying attention to their driving and at a stop sign almost in my trunk. A lady hit my car because she was on the phone. Maybe there should be signs posted at red lights and stop signs.
