I was appalled to hear Pelosi quote Thomas Aquinas as not knowing when life starts. I am embarrassed to think that we are both Catholics. Shame on her!!
Nancy has supported judicially legalized murder for years.
As long as the murderer is a doctor, the co-conspirator is a woman and the victim is an unborn child.

Speaker Pelosi cited Augustine, not Thomas Aquinas; yet I recall reading with some surprise in Aquinas remarks similar to what Pelosi revealed as Augustine's. We now know about DNA, and the four to 24 hour process of the melding of the egg and sperm (not "moment"). The fact that even the egg and sperm are each individually "alive" before they merge may have led the good bishops to tie themselves in knots and rage against using condoms to prevent their merger
MG: I'm pretty sure there aren't to many politicians (Pelosi included) that could care less what Jesus would approve or dis-approve of.. Its not politically correct.. I'm thinking...maybe it should be.
Pelosi, do you just care about the women who are born without caring about the unborn ones who are in the mother's womb?
Obama himself believes that a baby who survives a failed abortion attempt and is born alive should not be helped. he voted that way. People, would he do that to a dog? Probably not. Then why in the world would Obama be so cruel?
As many church leaders do, the Bishops forget that they operate on the taxpayer's tab. As long as they do not pay taxes, they have no business in politics. Stop attempting to legislate from the pulpit or loose your tax benefit.
To Nancy Pelosi and other pro-abortion politicians:
It is neither a "church doctrine" nor theological argument but rather a biological fact that life begins at conception.
Nancy Pelosi does not and cannot speak for the Catholic Church. Clearly she is ignorant about its teachings.
