Celebrities out in force in Denver

"Just because you are a celebrity, you shouldn't become stupid overnight." (Susan Sarandon): Well Susan, you can and have, along with the majority of celebrities that have succumbed to stupidity and doing it splendidly.

It's not that celebrities are bad, their decision process, their relationship with the average person is very much elitist. Obama tried to break that image during the Saddleback Townhall and could not. His statement about small town America was a values slip. He can't break the image any more than Nancy Pelosi for not listening to the American people about drilling or Hillary trying boost her image by dodging fire in Bosnia. Celebrities simply don't hear the same way the average citizen does.

I sometimes find that the celebrities are helpful. They often confirm that I am on the right track, simply by their being on the other one.
