Where is the mayor? Where is governor? Where are the contingency plans? They failed to act as the first responders during Katrina, are they going to blame the Federal government again or just abrogate all responsibility to them?

New Orleans ought to be closed. Not just for hurricanes, but for good. Tear down the walls and let the ocean have it. It's only a matter of time before mother earth takes it, with or without our help. Move on.
