HOSTETTER: Fill 'er up with coal?

The Congress and the President need to come up with an energy independence plan. It should be diversified and it should also transition the technology and infrastructure to new energy alternatives while still maintaining economic stability. Coal is one solution for current and contingency energy planning, converting food to carbon energy is not. Expanding coal production will be like drilling to the Democrats in Congress, they will not allow it even if energy independence is a national security risk, which it is. We have only one alternative and that is to vote those out of office that will not listen.
