. TERRORISTS BEWARE! Our secret new weapon: Hostess Twinkies. We will be throwing them very hard, and we will show no mercy. .

Since he really doesn't have a foreign policy, the HillBills will be it. Ms. Rice is an anti-genocider when it comes to "dramatic action", so I would get our troops ready for a long committment to Africa (it is a continent you know). Forget about terrorism, Obama promised to eliminate the threat of terrorism, not terrorism itself, a very defensive, reaction based policy (the media can eliminate the threat just by ignoring it). Since Obama is a man of consensus as Colin Powell reinforced, then you can believe he won't make a move without being able to share the blame (how very Clinton of him). Unilateral is a four letter word. What does all of this add up to? A Clintonisque, dysfunctional multilateralist foreign policy in which Obama will only commit U.S. force in international interests (similar to Kosovo) and never in unilateral U.S. interests (similar to WTC, Khobar Towers, Embassy and USS Cole bombings).

Nero played a violin as Rome burned. Condi played the piano in London as we melted down looking into the abyss. Now Bush says he was not ready for war. Bush got 157$Billion dollars two days after 911. Then he said thoes who are not with me are against me and everybody walked away. he had 180 Nations in his hands saying " We are all Americans". It's not great leadership to unite all our enemies against us. The truth is from day one it was planned to invade Iraq. There was no WMD and the war in Iraq was planned before 911 ever happened. The war in Kuwait could have been averted by a Mexican standoff from the onset. It was plain to see 80,000 of Hassan's Royal Guard troops lined up on the border of Kuwait ready to invade and we let them. We are not a kinder gentler Nation and it to was not a just war. Let's terrorise the terrorists and Kill Bin Laden. STOP USING HIM AS A SPICKET TO JUSTIFY MONEY FOR YOUR ILLEGAL WARS. God Bless America.

The first thing is to run a poll to find out what different governments and their citizens want America to do. Then he has to write a speech to cover how this will be handled without a lot of commitments like the type during the campaign. Change We Need Now, Change We Can Believe In, We Are The Ones We Have Been Waiting For. Now what is exactly meant by these words. He has already stated "He Is The Change" so that leaves Change to Believe In - oh that was him again, We are the ones means plural so who else is the Change? Michelle?? Time will tell if we can Believe In Him after he has been on the job at least 100 days. His left friends are already upset, his anti-war friends are already upset, he has picked old establishment instead of changing the status quo. What else is new?

I'm really tired. Is anyone else tired, out there? Every time we get a Democrat in the White House, we get the same weak deal. The whole time they're running, they feel that they have to defend their Patriotism? Why? Because they are NOT Patriotic. Blaming YOUR OWN Country, for all the ills of the world, is not Patriotism. I know they THINK it is. But it's not. They spend a lot of time fighting the notion, that they're WEAK on Defence. They do that, because they ARE weak on Defence. I'm 51 years old, and it's been that way since Kenedy was asassinated. They never met a weapons system-(unless it was built in their district)-that they didn't HATE. Listen to the words of the President Elect. He wants to ELIMINATE Weapons Systems. He wants to END Missile Defence. No new Nukes. No money for New Weapons Development. They TELEGRAPH weakness to our enemies. And our enemies RESPOND with Agression. THEN, when a new President is faced with cleaning up the mess, his Armed Forces are NOT Ready. And we "Go to War with the Military that we have". So. Are you ready for CHANGE? Cause things look like they're fixin to change. And FOREIGN POLICY will see it the most. I'm thinking, it's gonna CHANGE into Jimmy Carters' years. In any case, it's NOT gonna be pretty. I assure you.

I don't buy the line on JONES -- He WAS AGAINST THE SURGE - a terrible pick for us; also wants an int'l force for the West Bank since it worked so well in Lebanon [NOT].

What a great picture of Jimmy Carter to go along with the article. He looks like he just spotted another killer rabbit! I suggest we get the White House cooks to add a little viagra to the daily soup. That should take care of all this Obama talk about "soft" diplomacy. Oh, but please, not on the days Bill visits.

Obama is going to be the next world hero? I 'm not so sure. The liberal illuminati want us to think that but i think if we lean to heavily on the new guy he is going to crumble. he is assembling a decent team around him but i think he needs a few more really strong advisors to wrap it up. we'll how he does.

Interesting bunch of rabid, knee jerk responses (except for TrueLiberal). Who would you put in these positions? They do need to be filled. If there are better candidates out there, I'm sure the transition team would welcome your suggestions.
