They TELEGRAPH weakness to our enemies. And our enemies RESPOND with Agression. THEN, when a new President is faced with cleaning up the mess, his Armed Forces are NOT Ready. And we "Go to War with the Military that we have". So. Are you ready for CHANGE? Cause things look like they're fixin to change. And FOREIGN POLICY will see it the most. I'm thinking, it's gonna CHANGE into Jimmy Carters' years. In any case, it's NOT gonna be pretty. I assure you.
