If Obama is putting Clinton as Secretary of State then he his looking at a multilateral foreign policy. If the NIC says we are moving to a multipolar world (dyfunctionally multilateral - global consensus, exception based compliance based on regional interests; John Van Oudenaren), then why did he even talk about severing the ties to our multipolar region? Why, because he can always blame a cabinet member if he has to change his mind and he said whatever it took to get elected. Autoworkers are pretty expensive road and bridge builders and those construction companies may have to use our "undocumented immigrants" to meet the government cheapest bidder requirements of his 2.5 million jobs program. Maybe that's his revision of NAFTA.
Richardson became New Mexico governor six years ago and entered office with the state having about a $1 Billion surplus. He is leaving with a $500 Million deficit to become our Commerce-Czar. As governor, he pushed a lot of spendthrift programs that were good for him (and his supporters on the far-left), but the tax payers have (and will for years to come) foot the bill for his failed policies. Hmmm! Foot the Bill! He can't leave New Mexico fast enough as far as I'm concerned, and that is "Change I can believe in!"
