Who is the leader of the wingnut club? Anyone who can't infer from a summary of the facts presented above that this is a legitimate issue and a "real" birth certificate has never been seen must NOT be smarter then a fifth grader.

It's easy to see the almost hysterical level of excitement in the the Republican posts, almost like a lynch mob. These people are taking a huge gamble, the reputation and future of their party is at stake. If this turns out to be a groundless charge against Obama, these people and their party will be discredited even further than they are now. The nastiness of this citizenship pursuit, the presidential campaign and the conservative posters online will stick in the minds of the rest of us Americans, and the citizens of many other countries, forever. All of these things, added to the disgusting recent Republican sex scandals and corruption charges, have destroyed the image and reputation of the Republican party. It's fine by me, because the Democrats will certainly benefit from it for decades to come.

Obama has been dishonest and secretive about his past. Anybody with a bit of common sense knows that online documents can be altered (as the factcheck docs appear to have been). Okay he has unknown docs on file in Hawaii, but he also has unknown sealed docs on file in Kenya. Why does he have sealed docs in KENYA??? I could go on an on. If he has nothing to hide, release the documents! I WANT TO SEE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!

Constitutional vs Common law pertaining to the definition of natural born citizen must be clarified by SCOTUS.. If a POTUS is elected by the electoral college and then in a year from now is shown to be ineligible.. Every law, appointment to office would be illegal and or null and void.. Or worse.. If USA was attacked, POTUS would be powerless to command the military.. The supreme court must NOT allow this to occur... whoever is president SCOTUS must protect us

It's simple folks... When a person (Obama) applies for a job (President) they should prove their qualifications (Natural Born Citizen) to the satisfaction of the employer (Us, the people of the U.S.A.). So far this has not happened.

Obama's sister doesn't even know what hospital Obama was born in as she stated a different hospital each time she was interviewed and no hospitals in Hawaii have his birth on file. What is the American public to think about that? Sealed records in Kenya, a grandmother's statement she was at Obama's birth in Mombasa and a president elect who spoke out against the Kenyan government, our ally, while supposing to be on a trip to build relationships between the U.S. and Kenya. Did the Senate reprimand Obama upon his return home for his interference in Kenya's politics(a violation of the Logan Act). The Kenyan government issued a letter of disapproval regarding his trip. Did we see that in the media? This fraudulent character has so much suspicious baggage and has been involved in so many disagreeable situations that he is not fit to be an American president, especially since he has not proven he is a natural born citizen. Obama needs to be held accountable to our Constitution and I hope the Supreme Court does their job and requires him to cough up his sealed documents. He is not an untouchable as he projects himself to be. He is a mere human who is an articulate deceiver. Doesn't impress me at all. Give me integrity any day!

I am stunned at how poorly Wes Pruden has described the issue. First, Donofrio did not sue to stay the election until the courts "sorted out" questions regarding Obama's birth. Donofrio is unique in saying Obama's place of birth doesn't matter. He contends that because Obama's father was not a citizen of the US, Obama is not natural born. Second, the paragraph beginning "Alan Keyes" is practically incoherent. Third, Berg's suit was not thrown out by the judge as "frivolous and not worthy of discussion". That characterization of the suit was made by the defendant, not by the judge. Fourth, Pruden doesn't even mention the tapes of Sarah Obama (Obama's grandmother) and Peter Ogego (Kenyan Ambassador) admitting that Obama was born in Kenya. Doesn't anybody give a damn anymore about accuracy?

Of course they are going to say his birth was "ok". Obama is the most powerful man in the world right now. Even before he is commander and chief. The liberal illuminati have done such a great job and hyping Obama up and making him into a hero that no matter what Obama has a HUGE following and there is no way he will no be the president.

The Donofrio case is not about Obama's place of birth! (A legitimate Hawaiian birth certificate still would not negate Donofrio's claim of ineligibility. ) Donofrio challenges Obama's eligibility based on Obama's British citizenship "at birth" which Donofrio claims inherently prevents Obama from also being a natural born citizen of the US "at birth." Donofrio does claim that Secretary Wells should have examined a copy of the original birth certificate, but that is not the primary basis of his lawsuit. Please report the facts! Donofrio is not similar to Berg or Keyes.

It's interesting to see how those who love this country and abhore a deceitful and dangerous "fraud" like Barack Hussein Obama present very intelligent fact based arguments. And then there are those who get their "news" and SNL one liners, like "right wing nutjobs", "Bush the chimp", etc, etc, etc. Well, here's one back atcha, Democommies, SNLoosers...soon it will be OUR turn to call a REAL chimp, President Chimp.

TO: Mediawatch, Sex scandals and corrpution? Surely, you're referring to the Democrats. The ONLY reason the illegal Kenyan, Muslim, mulatto got "elected" was the fact that Communist Big Media completely covered up for him. Is there ONE person in that "media" outside of Barry's inner circle, who knows ANYTHING about his very shady past and associations? NO! Big Media is so blinded by their hatred of President Bush and desire to run the country in Socialism/Marxism/Communism, that they've become nothing more than the Democrat Propaganda Ministry. And please DO share with us all the wonderful achievments/accomplishments of President-elect Chimp? I'm sure you have a HUGE list of them.

I was born in Japan. My parents were US citizens. At 18 I had to renounce my claim to Japanese citizenship and received a certificate of naturalization. I was also informed and have lived with the regret that I was not eligible to be president of the US. If the situation with Mr. Obama is the same as mine and the matter is swept under the rug because of his elite status It will ony serve to accentuate the divide that exists in this country. The Constitution is the only protection we have from totalitarianism. No matter the perceived triviality of a provision it MUST be respected - no exceptions!. If you don't like a provison then climb the mountain to have it changed.

If the case is true and they let Obama slide, Schwarzeneggar is really going to be p*ssed.
