Instead of a transition plan to begin production of more available carbon energy to keep us warm and help produce food, he is forcing the cold turkey change to a technology that has NOT been developed or matured and is without a production infrastructure, no support or maintenance infrastructure and no environmental assessment for disposal of waste. All of this in the middle of an economic downturn and he will increase the cost energy and increase taxes for using existing mature and readily available processes with the possibility of a cooling period that will increase the demand for energy. Top that off with the fact that we are not energy independent, he does not consider this a national security risk and we have makings of a real calamity.
