Gores green gala is to herald in Cap and Trade perpetual taxes, higher energy costs for a non problem in an economic downturn. “The UN global warming conference currently underway in Poland is about to face a serious challenge from over 650 dissenting scientists from around the globe who are criticizing the climate claims made by the UN IPCC and former Vice President Al Gore.” – U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Barbara Boxer has said she is going to pay for the new stimulus package with CAP and TRADE. The neoDemocrats are now in charge of 60% of the GNP, Barney Frank has asked for a 25% reduction in military budget, Obama is looking as suspending budget for military weapons programs and you don’t think we are heading to socialism. This is from the Democrat Socialists of America Web Site – Where we stand: Social Redistribution. Social redistribution--the shift of wealth and resources from the rich to the rest of society--will require: 1. massive redistribution of income from corporations and the wealthy to wage earners and the poor and the public sector, in order to provide the main source of new funds for social programs, income maintenance and infrastructure rehabilitation, and 2. a massive shift of public resources from the military (the main user of existing discretionary funds) to civilian uses.

This past year the high cost of fuel bankrupted us as a nation at large. Yet, not enough attention or credit has been given to this one single factor in our economy. Large portions of every budget was thrown away on fuel from the schools keeping their school busses on the road to police and fire departments. It was not planned nor expected but happen just the same. The trickle down/ripple effect is never ending. The cost of every other consumer product that budgets must cover were further sucked away from increased prices on consumer goods that have risen do to the higher production and shipping costs. WE need to invest some of these billions in stimulus pkgs (that did nothing for our economy) and bail out funds to initiate alternative energy projects. Create millions of badly needed now green collar jobs, create clean cheap energy, and get out from under our dependence on foreign oil. OPEC is planning to cut production to raise prices again. We can't take another year like the last. Jeff Wilson has a wonderful new book out called The Manhattan Project of 2009 Energy Independence Now. www.themanhattanprojectof2009.com This book is so profound it needs to be a required read of every government official. We have to look at our problems in the long term. Tunnel vision and short term memory loss has contributed to our economy's downfall.

This is the BIGGEST scam around. Al Gore and all the ECO b%$#@ds are trying to just make money. FACT: CO2 is vital to the Earth's existance. CO2 is the primary catalyst in photosynthesis. Plant require CO2 to surve, they require CO2 and then give off O2 which WE NEED! Why are these so called scientist ignoring this fact? Maybe because they are on Gore's payroll?

Global warming is such a farce.....being used by Gore to get rich. It is amazing how many people are being duped by him, including Dumbama (the brilliant/enlightened one). What else can you expect from democrats????

Bush has, in many but not all ways, been a disaster as president. However, I'll always be grateful that he spared us the certain miseries of a gore presidency.
